I am deeply passionate about working with grief and loss. I understand each person’s grief journey is unique. There is no “one size fits all”. Allowing me to walk your journey to find healing is a privilege.

As a bereaved parent myself, I truly understand grief and loss and can authentically hold the space for you to heal.

I can also provide counselling for many mental health-based issues caused by stress, bullying and relationship issues.

My approach is integrative. This means I use a variety of theories and therapies to find strategies and tools that suit your needs.

This is combined with a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to be vulnerable. My life experience combined with learned knowledge allows me to offer compassion, empathy, and helpful coping tools.
