I am a happily married Mum of 4 boys, ranging from young adult, teenager and pre-adolescent. The loss of my second son was the catalyst to my studies where I found my passion and purpose.

I am qualified with a Bachelor of Counselling and registered with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). As well as a certified grief educator.

A Certified Grief Educator is committed to providing the highest level of grief support through education, experience, and insights into the often unacknowledged rocky terrain of grief.

I have spent time working with young people at Secondary Schools. I volunteer as a telephone grief counsellor, Newly Bereaved Support Group facilitator and supervisor at “The Compassionate Friends Victoria” for many years.

I am deeply empathetic and interested in your story and want to help you live your life true to yourself.

You are not alone. We will navigate your journey together to find the happiness, confidence, and skills helping you to grow.
